How do I get my prescription to IVPCARE?
We must have a valid prescription in order to dispense your medication. When placing your order online:
- We'll call your physician for you
- Have your physician phone or fax us
What patient services does IVPCARE provide?
IVPCARE delivers medications and supplies, provides educational assistance, offers insurance expertise and assures "peace of mind" for all patients dealing with problems inherent to obtaining and administering prescribed medications.
How do IVPCARE's prices compare to other pharmacies?
IVPCARE has established its prices after consultation with various pharmacies, clinicians and pharmaceutical manufacturers so that we can offer the best possible value to our patients. For patient convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for cash paying patients.
How long has IVPCARE serviced patients for medications prescribed in the treatment of infertility?
IVPCARE Reproductive Health Services has helped patients obtain their infertility medications since 1991. Based on our years of experience in reproductive health, we have developed quality programs and services to support patients through their treatment regimen.
Do you work with Donors?
Since 1996, IVPCARE has provided a donor egg program that assures complete anonymity and clinic-specific specialized care. Our donor egg coordinators work closely with many fertility practices across the country.
Delivery
Do I need to visit a local pharmacy?
No, you do not need to visit a local pharmacy. An IVPCARE coordinator will personally contact each patient by phone or email and arrange prompt delivery of prescribed medications and supplies.
Will
IVPCARE deliver anywhere?
IVPCARE can deliver to any United States address and most international addresses. Our comprehensive, high-tech delivery services include 24 hour tracking and quality controlled packaging

What if I have questions regarding my medications?
IVPCARE's PharmaLine™, 1-800-424-9002, provides a 24 hour connection to IVPCARE's staff of pharmacists, who are prepared to answer questions regarding medication administration.
I have not administered injections before. Do you have any teaching programs?
IVPCARE's Patient Education CD is provided free of charge to each of our customers to promote understanding of fertility treatment. The CD contains an interactive animation titled ‘Demystifying Infertility,’ which contains information regarding the fundamentals of infertility, diagnostic testing, treatment options, medications, and other important issues.
Also included in the CD is a video enhanced injection training program containing a printable handbook for patients to utilize as an education tool to assist them in their treatment plan. The Patient Education CD is available in English and Spanish; including links to IVPCARE's website with printable patient injection instructions and pharmacist contact information in case any questions arise.
