INSPIRE, or Individually Nurses Support People in Remarkable ways Every day, is IVPCARE’s new nursing forum designed to give these hardworking caregivers a venue to recharge, motivate, and support each other in this challenging field.
This relaxed and educational environment allows nurses an opportunity to voice the challenges they have faced in a group of their peers who may have faced the same situations. By covering topics such as managing stress, maintaining a good work/life balance, recognizing individual accomplishments and laughing, INSPIRE will provide support to the nurses who support others every day.
